Will this be my Swan-Song?

A few months ago I posted about What is Soul Purpose, because I had just realized how fragile life was, and was coming to terms with my own mortality! I also said that I did not want to be in the position of having regrets about having left unsaid my deepest thoughts.

Thus, I am happy to report that just last week, I published my latest book called "Back to GOD, Away from Religion" on Amazon's Kindle. It is available in Kindle e-Book form from the link above or by clicking on the cover image below.

"Will this Book be my Swan-Song?"

That question has been a niggling fear at the back of my mind, especially because of the impending Covid-19 Vaccination for seniors, that I may have to undergo soon. I am having doubts about getting the vaccine because I am considered a high-risk due to my chronic Asthma and my age.

At present I have my asthma under control with nutrition, exercise and daily puffs on the inhaler! Thus the thought of having a virus introduced into me, which may cause me to have serious respiratory problems, is worrying. In the past I have noticed that whenever I catch a small cold, it turns into a long drawn out case of flu, lasting a couple of weeks.

During the course of the flu, I would need to go the clinic to use the nebulizer several times and finally be put on a steroid treatment with prednisone, before I get back to normal. This is the reason for my reluctance to get vaccinated.

Thus, you know why I am celebrating the fact that I finally completed my book over the last few months! Especially since this book recounts the story of my personal search for the truth about Life, the World and about God.

So, even if this is my swan-song, I have no regrets, because I have laid out the truths as I have gleaned them over decades of pondering, research and self-reflection!

NOTE to the Reader:

Since this is a newly published book, I have no reviews yet. Reviews are vital for any book, especially on Amazon, so I hope those readers who do check out and purchase my e-book, will leave honest reviews on Amazon. I am working on the paperback edition which I hope to publish soon.

Thank You to all you loyal readers for your kind and encouraging comments on my blog, as well as on Facebook.

  • Gopi, I sincerely hope that you have success with your book and that you continue writing. It was fascinating to speak with you last year and I often think of you and wonder how you are doing. I just finished my 24th book and I am taking a course on writing a letter to a literary agent. Take care and stay safe in these troubling times.
